Cells & construction materials

Selected for electrical, thermal and mechanical requirements.

Cell chemistry is only one part of the pack. Interconnects, insulation, spacing, sensing and enclosure materials must work together as an approved assembly.

Solar cellsMonocrystalline silicon, PERC, back-contact or another approved cell technology selected for area and output.
Front surfaceTempered glass, ETFE, PET or epoxy encapsulation selected according to size, weight and environment.
EncapsulationEVA or application-specific encapsulant protecting the interconnection and cells.
Back structureTPT / polymer backsheet, PCB, fiberglass or aluminum substrate options subject to construction.
Frame and mountingFrameless laminate, aluminum frame, molded border, brackets, holes or adhesive interface.
Electrical interfaceTinned pads, junction point, cable gland, two-core cable and device-specific connector.

Typical specifications

Detailed engineering discussion range.

Values below describe common feasibility discussions—not a guaranteed stock model. Final limits are confirmed in the approved specification, prototypes and project validation.

Core product specifications

FAQ

Planning your custom project.

How do we choose the solar module size?

The starting point is the device energy budget, charging window, available surface area, location, seasonal light and expected system losses.

What do Voc, Vmp, Isc and Imp mean?

Voc and Isc describe open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current; Vmp and Imp are the voltage and current at maximum power under stated test conditions. The charger must be selected using the complete operating range, not wattage alone.

Can voltage and connector be customized?

Yes. Cell layout, cable length, polarity and connector can be reviewed around the device charging architecture.

Which surface material should we use?

Glass prioritizes rigidity and long-term surface protection; ETFE and PET can reduce weight; epoxy is common for very small modules. The environment and lifetime target determine the best construction.

Do you supply residential solar panels?

No. This product line focuses on compact, low-power modules for electronic products rather than residential or utility-scale systems.

Can the module be paired with a battery?

Yes, for selected devices. Battery chemistry, panel voltage, charge controller, energy budget and environmental conditions must be evaluated together.
